Our story
We built Kuro because
we were tired of CRMs
that got in the way.
Every CRM we used was either too simple to matter or too complex to survive contact with a real sales team. We wanted something different: a CRM that thinks, that's beautiful, and that makes salespeople measurably better at their job.
The mission
The CRM industry is stuck in 2010. Bloated, unintuitive, and allergic to good design. The best sales teams in the world are being handed tools that charge $150/user/month for capabilities that should have shipped years ago — capabilities that are still just barely functional.
Kuro is an AI-native CRM designed from first principles. We didn't bolt AI on top of an existing product — we built the product around intelligence. Every deal, lead, and relationship is monitored, scored, and surfaced in real time so your team can focus on selling, not on maintaining a glorified spreadsheet.
Our goal is to give every sales team the leverage that used to require a 10-person RevOps team. One tool. Maximum signal. Zero noise. And beautiful enough that people actually want to open it in the morning.
Product scope
Where Kuro is going
We're building a complete revenue intelligence platform. Here's the full scope of what Kuro is — and what it's becoming.
Now — Core Intelligence
- AI Insights Engine: 8 automated rules running in real time
- Full pipeline Kanban with drag-and-drop and deal forecasting
- No-code automation builder with branching and webhook actions
- Complete contract lifecycle from draft to signed
- ⌘K Command Palette for keyboard-first navigation
- Role-based access control and full audit logging
Next — Deeper AI

- Auto-generated weekly pipeline summaries for managers
- Predictive close date forecasting trained on your own history
- Anomaly detection for rep performance and quota variance
Future — Platform
- Native email integration: send, track, and log from inside Kuro
- Mobile app with full feature parity to desktop
- Revenue intelligence layer across all closed deals
- Multi-workspace analytics for group companies
- Open API and marketplace for community-built integrations
Roadmap is driven by customer feedback and deal-closing impact — not by what looks good in a press release.
The journey
From a shared doc to 500+ teams and $1B+ in tracked pipeline.
The team
Built by people who've lived the problems Kuro solves.
Alexander Lerce
CTO
Architect behind Kuro's AI pipeline engine and core infrastructure. Previously built distributed systems at scale for mission-critical enterprise platforms. Responsible for everything that runs in production.
Marcus J.
Head of Revenue
Led RevOps strategy at two Series B SaaS companies before Kuro. Understands exactly what sales teams lose when a CRM fights them — and why Kuro was the only answer he wanted to build.
Izzati
Head of Operations
Keeps Kuro running at every layer — from customer onboarding to vendor contracts to team systems. The operational backbone that lets engineering and revenue stay focused on what they do best.
What we believe
Six principles that drive every product decision we make.
Speed over ceremony
We ship in weeks, not quarters. Every day Kuro doesn't improve is a day our customers are left working around a tool that isn't good enough. We treat ceremony as the enemy of progress.
Intelligence by default
AI shouldn't be an add-on tab you have to navigate to. It should be woven into every interaction — every lead scored the moment it arrives, every deal watched without anyone asking it to.
Beauty is a feature
CRMs have been ugly for too long. Your team spends 4+ hours a day inside this tool. It should feel like a privilege to open, not a task to dread. Design is not decoration — it drives adoption.
Trust is everything
Your pipeline data is the most sensitive intelligence your business produces. We protect it with enterprise-grade security, publish our practices, and never sell or share what you build inside Kuro.
Everything connected
Fragmented data is the silent killer of sales velocity. Kuro links every lead, deal, contact, company, contract, and task into one coherent graph. Nothing is orphaned. Nothing requires manual association.
Complete or nothing
Add-on fatigue is real and demoralizing. We decided on day one: ship one complete product, not a modular platform with a price tag on each piece. One price. Everything included. No surprises at renewal.
