Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Kuro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users with free accounts and paid subscriptions. If you are using Kuro on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at admin@intelura.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You may not share your account credentials with third parties or use another person's account without permission. Each user must have their own account.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use Kuro for any lawful business purpose, including managing sales pipelines, tracking customer relationships, and organizing business data.
You may not: - Use Kuro to store, process, or transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure - Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from Kuro beyond normal API usage - Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to Kuro without our written permission - Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of Kuro - Use Kuro in a way that violates applicable laws, including GDPR, CCPA, or anti-spam regulations - Send unsolicited commercial communications using Kuro's contact or email features
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your first paid month, contact us within 30 days at admin@intelura.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. If your payment method fails, we will retry and notify you. Accounts with failed payments may be suspended after 7 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
Your data: All CRM data you enter into Kuro — your contacts, deals, leads, notes, and other content — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export it at any time and we will delete it upon account termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
Kuro's IP: Kuro's software, designs, trademarks, and all proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of Kuro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Kuro's proprietary materials.
Feedback: If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our products.
6. Privacy and data
Your use of Kuro is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Kuro, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We act as a data processor for the personal data of your contacts that you store in Kuro. You are the data controller and are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis for processing that data (e.g., consent, legitimate interest).
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Kuro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities - Interruption of service or downtime - Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kuro and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of Kuro in violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third party's rights - Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations - Any content you upload, store, or transmit through Kuro
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting admin@intelura.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that poses a security or legal risk to us or other users. We will provide notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use Kuro ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Export your data before terminating.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kuro operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration regarding any dispute with Kuro.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and within the Kuro application at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Kuro after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
