Getting Started

Kuro CRM is an all-in-one sales platform for managing leads, deals, contacts, companies, tasks, and contracts — with built-in automation and real-time notifications.

Leads

Leads represent potential customers at the top of your sales funnel. Every lead is linked to a contact and optionally a company.

Deals & Pipeline

Deals track your revenue opportunities through a configurable pipeline. View them as a Kanban board or a sortable list.

Contacts

Contacts are individual people linked to companies, leads, and deals. Each contact has a full profile with activity timeline.

Companies

Companies represent organisations you do business with. Contacts, leads, and deals all link back to a company for a 360° account view.

Tasks

Tasks are action items that can be standalone or linked to a specific lead, deal, contact, or company.

Contracts

Contracts manage formal agreements with clients. Link them to a company and contact, track their status, and send for approval.

Activities

Activities log every interaction with contacts and deals — calls, emails, meetings, demos, and follow-ups.

Reports

Reports give you a real-time view of pipeline health, team performance, and revenue. All numbers come directly from the database.

Automations

Automations let you define trigger → action rules that run instantly when conditions are met — no delays, no queues.

Roles & Permissions

Kuro uses a five-tier role system. Each role has specific access levels: Full, Own, Assigned, or None.

Notifications

Kuro generates real notifications stored in the database when key events occur. The bell icon refreshes every 60 seconds.

API Reference

All API routes are under /api/. Authentication uses NextAuth session cookies.

Settings is organised into tabs — Profile, Security, Organization, Team Members, Pipeline Stages, and more.
